Who we are
This website and the MedLex, Carecraft, Serein, Lumen and Evinca apps are provided by HEALTHCARE CROWN ACADEMY LTD, registered in England and Wales, company number 17501904 (“we”, “us”).

Using our apps
- Our apps are educational resources for people who work in healthcare. They are not clinical advice, a clinical assessment, accreditation or a licence to practise. Always follow your local policies, your professional regulator and qualified advice.
- Serein offers general well-being practices. It is not a medical or crisis service. If you need urgent help, contact your local emergency services.
- Evinca recognition is an independent professional recognition, not a regulatory registration or academic qualification.
- Please use the apps lawfully and don't try to disrupt them, copy them at scale or get around plan limits.
Your account and content
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe. Anything you write in our apps stays yours. Most app progress is stored only in your own browser, so clearing your browser data can remove it.
If you use Lumen with your own AI provider key, your use of that provider is also governed by its terms.
Paid plans
Paid plans, cancellation and refunds are explained on our Subscriptions & refunds page.
Our content
The lessons, guides, illustrations and software in our apps belong to us or our licensors. You may use them for your own learning and professional development.
Liability
We work hard to keep our content accurate and our apps available, but we can't promise they will always be error-free or uninterrupted. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date above shows the latest version. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
